sorry to let u kno but unless ur 6 2 colleges wont look at u im 6ft even 265lbs i was all state in nj and i never got any scholarship offers best bet go to a div 3 college and play if u get a little bigger ull be able to play for one
u wont make it for o line but at d line if u can turn ur 5.7 into 5.2 ull have a great chance
if u do low reps high weight that will help ,make sure u log ur progress and up the weight every week look up bigger faster stronger(bfs) they have much better drills and training tips then this, with that program i went from benching 225 to 315 in 2 months with no supplements
Outstanding information. Great job. Except wind. LOL
Sorry to contradict your advice man. I got a D
we did the stiggins test, check it out that shit makes faster stronger programs, speed for line and explosion is all how you train, like with bench explode pushin up but come down as slow as possible, same with squats, its all about explosion, and everything that has to do with the core, so power cleans, dead lifts, all variations of bench, lateral squats. disclipine in the weight room, and having perfect form, not cheating makes a difference on the field
I play football, I’m o line , I think I’m pretty good at 6′ 3 and 315 lbs benching 215 14 times. I’m in high school still so might try to get a scholorship, u other guys good.
I’m 6’3 I wiegh 270 my shuttle is 4.7, 40 yard dash is 5.5, bench is 315, squat is 450, is it possible for me to play d1 football( I play guard and tack le right now,i’m a sophmore)
Anyone Got any ideas where i can get an agility ladder? Im a 6 ft 275 sophmore in Hs, My bench is 325×5 and squat is 465×5, but i need to work on my agility, message me or reply or somtihng, thanks

@keo319 oh and i can bench 200 pounds 27 times
@keo319 It is possible. It would depend on the level of you school and the number of older athletes figithing for the same positions. I say go for it and work hard.

@AlexTirl
i like this i hope thet we german players can get a training like yours
Guys I’m a college offensive lineman, I know as OL we get overlooked don’t worry about how much you bench or squat. My best advice to you HS guys is to do alot of drills for first and second steps, play with very low pad level and be very aggressive. Try to get as many pancakes as possible and no sacks are allowed. Go 110% on every play until the whistle is blown and good things will happen. Goodluck with your careers and hope all of you guys get scholarships to play FB.
how much are those bands?
@gsyke $39.95
what a fat idiot
6’5 280lbs senior in hs i wish i had listened to coach about grades im lucky to play for a junior college make sure to be just as dedicated to academics as you are football

@AlexTirl If your in high school the first question I have for you is, is your HS testing for drugs (steroids) because I guaranty you thats the ONLY way your putting up those numbers. BTW, 4.9 40 is nothing to brag about.
Imma tall linemen :p and not the biggest. 180pds. 40 time 5.19 btw that is seconds not min
