WORD FROM THE WISE – More $ DOESNT mean better just means there will be more BULLSHIT CLAUSES IN YOUR CONTRACT. and THATS REAL TALK !!!!
word from the wiser…. anytime anyone enters into business negotiations with potentially high payouts…must understand that the side offering the contract wants to protect whatever money they can so they don’t have to pay the individual if he/she doesn’t keep up their end of the contract. That’s where those pesky clauses come into play. That’s real talk.
@TaleHatez
I also played TB,FB,PUNTER, PR, KR,FS. In highschool i ran a 4.48. Played my ball in Miami FL.
haha american football, faggots.
how do they get so much muscle ?? they are running all the time how can they build muscle?????
it’s short sprints…not marathon running.
lift weights..
@Runaholism yeah, u see they are football players.. why would they use football players for a Marathon training program..
@foad10hame You lost me there…what I said was to answer the questions FALASTINI93 asked. lol
- Man that dude at the end with the dreads look like this guy that train at D1 in Chattanooga.
@FALASTINI93 eat alot
lol
… do u think so??
are you stupid? when you run you lose fat and when you lift weights you gain muscle. you dont lose muscle when you run
cause they arent doin cross country type stuff
that are doing agility
short burts of speed and fast leg movement
in soccer you need both =/ lol
gotta be a good system with all that fire
Would running with a sled with weights on it increase your speed? or sprint?
@drummist81 Yep..If you run with more weight making you slower, eventually you get used to that weight, and your body gets used to that being your body weight…So you will adapt to taht weight, and you will be able to run with more weight..
Once you run with the weight taken off, You will find it SOO much easier to sprint with alot less weight
For example you will be able to POWER your way through oponents in a rugby match *cough* Jonah lomu *cough*
@FALASTINI93 Dude, When you run all the time you build muscle, not lose it :S
poor running form, arms are bending not locked at 90 degrees. Thus highly disputed.
@FALASTINI93 They work out to! Check out joe defrancos program.
@nikolatesla08 -westside-for-skinny-bastards
@FALASTINI93 dude running gets mad muscle’s, i do marathon’s and i think running is great, but you have to work you arms more then legs.. down side to it
Speed drills are used to improve running technique and overall speed. Whether you are a sprinter or marathon runner you should place emphasis on speed work. To build muscle you need to implement a solid and sound eating pattern into your lifestyle. These athletes will also use a strength & conditioning programme to increase their strength gains, hence making them faster.
